Cis-tem navigation takes work.
WERQ HUB is a library of Journeys. Paths through housing, healthcare, community connection, or a way out. The more they’re walked, the clearer they get.
The problem
Every navigator starts from scratch
When someone needs housing help, a navigator turns to their personal rolodex, browser bookmarks. We just start asking people. The knowledge is out there. In people. And when someone burns out or moves on, it leaves with them.
Why a nonprofit built this
Community knowledge belongs to the community
WERQ TOGETHER exists to reduce barriers for communities navigating systems that weren’t built for them. The Hub is an extension of that. Cultivating knowledge, sharing it with community.
We’re a nonprofit that believes the tools we use should reflect our values: open, accessible, and built with pride.

“Community orgs do extraordinary work with almost nothing. The least we can do is make sure the next person doesn’t have to figure out what the last person already figured out.”
