Questions members ask.
Is browsing free?
Yes. Anyone can browse and see what deals exist. You only join to unlock and use them.
What does membership cost?
It is a recurring annual donation to WERQ Together, our nonprofit. The annual amount is shown at checkout before you confirm (currently $25). It renews automatically each year, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I sign in?
With your email and a one-time code we send you. No password to remember.
How do I unlock a deal?
Join, then open any deal page. Your coupon and full terms appear automatically.
How do I redeem a deal in store?
Open the coupon on your phone and tap to start. You will see a live screen with a ticking clock to show the staff, then tap yes once you have used it. Staff do not need an app, an account, or to scan anything.
How do I redeem an online deal?
Open the coupon to get the code or link, use it at checkout on the business's site, then confirm you were able to use it.
Can I use a deal more than once?
Most deals can be redeemed once. Some are ongoing, so you can redeem them again about a year after your last use, and the deal page shows the date it becomes available again.
Something went wrong at the counter. What do I do?
On the coupon screen, choose “No, something went wrong” and pick a reason. That flags it for the business and does not use up your coupon.
Where do I find a coupon I already revealed?
Your active coupons show on your account page, and you get a receipt link right after you redeem.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Open the billing portal from your account. There you can update your card, see your renewal date, or cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current year.
When does it renew?
One year after you join, and every year after, until you cancel.
