Tumbleweed Boutique has been a fixture of the Alberta Arts District since its founding in 2000. Originally starting as a small-batch dress shop in a backyard, it has grown into a premier destination for carefully selected Portland fashion. The boutique features a mix of European and USA-made labels alongside its proprietary house line, kara-line, which is designed and produced in Portland. Visitors can find a comfortable, casual space filled with dresses, separates, clogs, and locally crafted jewelry. The shop emphasizes "doing nice things daily" and encourages a "wear more dresses" philosophy.
